Director, President and Chief Executive Officer
Andrew J. Ryback Andrew J. Ryback is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Plumas Bank and its holding company, Plumas Bancorp. He became a member of the Company’s Board of Directors in 2016. He joined Plumas Bank in July 2001. Mr. Ryback received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. Mr. Ryback actively serves in a variety of international, regional and local organizations. He is a member of Rotary International and is currently an assistant governor and has also served as a past president of the Quincy club. He is on the board of the California Community Banking Network (CCBN), an affiliate of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) and is active with ICBA serving on their Bank Education Committee. He is also on the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council. Locally, Mr. Ryback serves on the Board of Directors of Plumas Hospital District. Additionally, Mr. Ryback serves as Commissioner and Treasurer for the Quincy Fire Protection District and previously served as a volunteer firefighter.

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Richard L. Belstock Richard L. Belstock is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Plumas Bank and its holding company, Plumas Bancorp, as of July 18, 2012. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Belstock joined the bank in 2006 as Vice President and Controller for Plumas Bank and Bancorp. He currently manages accounting, internal audit and risk management. Mr. Belstock is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. He received his Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Denver. Mr. Belstock has over 30 years of experience in financial accounting and regulatory reporting with 10 of those years as controller and chief accounting officer for Sierra West Bancorp in Truckee. He has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1980.

Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer
BJ North BJ North is the Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of Plumas Bank. She joined Plumas Bank in 2008 to oversee the Bank's branch network, marketing and investment services. Ms. North brings over 35 years of banking experience to Plumas Bank and specializes in business and product development. She is a Certified Associate of Emergenetics International, specializing in analyzing, identifying and leveraging the way people think and behave. Prior to her position at Plumas Bank, Ms. North was the Chief Advancement Officer for Truckee Meadows Community College; prior to this she was the Senior Vice President for Adagio Trust. Ms. North received her Bachelor of Science degree in Education and her Master's degree in Education Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno. Ms. North is involved in various national and local organizations and has served/serves on numerous boards including the International Women's Forum, the American Heart Association, the Renown Community Advisory Board, the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN), Western Industrial Nevada (WIN), the Washoe County School District Investment Committee, the Nevada Commission on Post-Secondary Education, and the Nevada Humane Society. Ms North was the recipient of The Jefferson Award, a prestigious national recognition system honoring community and public volunteerism in America.

Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
Jeffrey T. Moore Jeffrey T. Moore is the Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer for Plumas Bank as of March 1, 2019. He joined Plumas Bank in January 2018 as Senior Vice President, Credit Administrator. Moore is responsible for the overall management of the bank’s credit administration department, including credit risk analysis, structuring for commercial loans, underwriting and loan review analysis. He oversees all functions providing lending support, direction, credit information, loan policies, procedures and processes, to ensure the overall quality of the bank’s loan portfolio. Moore has over 38 years of banking experience. Prior to joining Plumas Bank he was the Chief Credit Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Community 1st Bank. Moore graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis and is also a 1999 graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.

Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Aaron M. Boigon Aaron M. Boigon is the Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer for Plumas Bank as of April 1, 2018. He joined Plumas Bank in 2013 as Vice President, Information Technology Manager and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Information Technology Manager in 2015. He directs all technology operations and project management at the Bank and is also responsible for the deployment of new up-to-date technologies, enhancement of clients' technology experience, improving operational efficiency, and the provisioning of security and cyber threat protection. Boigon has over 25 years of technology and business management experience. Before his tenure at Plumas Bank, he spent 10 years working for a leading IT services company in Reno, Nevada and five years in Silicon Valley working in the technology industry. He graduated with honors and distinction from the University of Washington in 1997, double majoring in philosophy and history, and has completed a three-year degree from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.

Daniel E. West Mr. Daniel E. West has lived in Graeagle, California since 1958. He is president of Graeagle Land and Water Company, a land management company, and Graeagle Water Company, a private water utility. Mr. West is a managing member of Graeagle Timber Company, LLC. He also serves as a director on the boards of Graeagle Fire Protection District and California Water Association. Mr. West graduated from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, California where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Robert J. McClintock Mr. Robert J. McClintock has lived in Tahoe City, California for over 30 years. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is co-owner of McClintock Accountancy Corporation headquartered in Tahoe City, California. Mr. McClintock is Troop Committee Chairman for Scouts BSA Troop 266. He is also a board member and Treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of North Lake Tahoe and has served previously as President. He is a member of the advisory board for the Tahoe Truckee Excellence in Education Foundation and has served previously as Treasurer. Mr. McClintock attended Michigan Tech University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Michonne R. Ascuaga Ms. Michonne R. Ascuaga is a native northern Nevadan and has 30 years of experience working at John Ascuaga's Nugget, serving as its CEO for the last 16 years until its sale in 2013. Ms. Ascuaga is very active in her community; she currently sits on the boards of Northern Nevada Medical Center, Bishop Manogue Catholic High School, and the Institutional Advisory Council of Truckee Meadows Community College. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Santa Clara University and her Master of Business Administration from Stanford University.

Steven M. Coldani Mr. Steven M. Coldani was born and raised in Lodi, California. He is a licensed real estate broker and the president and owner of Coldani Realty Inc. in Lodi, California; he is also co-owner of Graeagle Associates Realtors in Graeagle, California since 1992. In addition, Mr. Coldani is a managing member of Coldani Farming, LLC, a diversified farming company producing various row crops, olives, grapes, hay, and livestock. Mr. Coldani graduated from University of the Pacific, Stockton, California where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Public Administration. Mr. Coldani is very active in his community and serves as a director of Community Business Bank and the Lodi District Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the California Farm Bureau, the Lodi Association of Realtors and the Plumas Association of Realtors; he is also a past director of the California Association of Realtors.

William E. Elliott Mr. William E. Elliott joined Plumas Bank in 1987 as President and Chief Executive Officer and retired in 2005. He has been in the banking industry for over 50 years holding various management and board positions. Mr. Elliot graduated from California State University, Sacramento where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration. He also graduated from the Pacific School of Banking at the University of Washington. Mr. Elliott is very active in his community; he is a director and former chairman of the Feather River Community College Board, and he is a former chairman and director on the Plumas District Hospital Board, both in Quincy, California. He has been a member of the Rotary Club for over 40 years.

Gerald W. Fletcher Mr. Gerald W. Fletcher has lived in Susanville, California for 53 years and is a retired rancher, realtor, and insurance agent. He is a former director of former Sierra Security Bank. Mr. Fletcher owns and operates Fletcher Christmas Trees. He is a member and past president of Lassen County Cattleman’s Association and a member of the Lassen County Farm Bureau.

Richard F. Kenny Richard F. Kenny resides in Reno, Nevada and has over 40 years of management experience in Operations, Information systems, Strategic planning and Credit Risk Management. Before retiring in 2010, he was the founding President and CEO of Charles Schwab Bank, a subsidiary of the Charles Schwab brokerage corporation. Prior to that, he served in a variety of management roles with Citibank, both domestic and international. He is actively involved with KNPB public television and the Food Bank of Northern Nevada in the Reno community. He graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing and received his MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Terrance J. Reeson Mr. Terrance J. Reeson has lived in Quincy, California for nearly 50 years. He is a retired U.S. Forest Service Aviation Officer for the Plumas National Forest. Mr. Reeson is active in his community and is a former executive director of the Quincy Chamber of Commerce.
