As we approach the 44th anniversary of Plumas Bank, I am filled with immense pride in reflecting upon our journey and the strides we have made together. Our unwavering commitment to serving our stakeholders – clients, employees, communities, and shareholders – has been the cornerstone of our operations, providing opportunities for connection, development, and meaningful returns.
In 2022, we undertook the development of a formalized corporate citizenship program to inform stakeholders about relevant practices and policies impacting our clients, communities, and team members. Our history of providing financial stability, promoting small business development, and offering financial services access, coupled with opportunities for personal and professional development for our employees, has been pivotal. Our tagline, “Here. For Good.”, is not just a promise but a reflection of our actions.
In this next iteration of Plumas Bancorp’s Corporate Citizenship Report we build on the efforts undertaken throughout our history and detailed in the inaugural 2023 report. New efforts include formalization of certain fee waivers, the launch of a leadership training program, and further technological developments to best serve our stakeholders.
